Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!"

I called fresh air services,Darren answered my call right away his pricing was transparent and was less than other quotes I received. He showed up with his teammate and they went right to work cleaned my 10 ducts and dryer in about an hour. They actually take the vents down and send this brush hooked to their vacuum into the system. For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air. "I spoke to Rafael the owner on the day after Christmas as my HVAC system would cool but when we switch to heat it would kick the circuit breaker. Rafael wanted to come that day but I wanted the next day, the technicians were on time wire their mask. Found the problem was the thermostat then a problem in the circuit breaker box. The price was great that I hired them right away without getting another company to come over. They fixed the problem so far I am happy the only issue was communicating with the technicians but living in South Florida you get used to that, but their kindness and professionalism made up.
