I would have liked to have seen before and after pictures of the ducts. He recommended a UV light to combat the mold and returned next day to install it. He was offering a summer special whole house duct cleaning so I feel the price was very reasonable."

"It went well. Did a good job of cleaning the vent and suggested we have our neighbors clean theirs as well because at the top they do start to share a vent. I felt it was a little expensive ($120) as they offerd a cheper price on Angie's List but that was only for first floor units. While we live on the first floor, our vent goes up and out of the second floor and they had to go up on the roof which is why the price was higher. I found this an acceptable rationale."
