"I had our entire 2400 sq ft home done by Total Shield. The work is great save for a weird seam in our sliding glass door that you can see if the light catches it right. Otherwise you'd have no idea anything was done, which is great. Everything came together rather quickly and for what is was, it is pretty reasonably priced I think. Would have cost us about half (at least) to try to do it ourselves, but who knows how long it would have taken or how many times we would have messed it up (a lot is the answer). Assuming it works (though we'd prefer not to have to test it), we're very happy with it. The gentleman who installed it was incredibly nice and professional. It would have been nice to get a call maybe a day or two in advance to confirm the appointment. Had it not been for the tech getting stuck in traffic, once we paid our deposit, we didn't hear anything from the company until about 30 mins before our scheduled time. Not the biggest issue, just odd. We did have their contact information had they not shown up so not the biggest concern all things considered. Again, assuming the film works as claimed (we trust that it does), I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows protected."

Afterward, he set up and explained how to operate the shades and even set up the apps on our phones. Throughout the process, Armored Dade's office staff kept us in the loop with timely updates and was extremely courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Danielle who patiently answered all my questions and scheduled the installation and inspections.
