I am very pleased with the outcome and quality of work. One of the reasons I choose S&W is because of the quality of the skilled tradesman they use. Any issues during the remodel were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. The tradesmen were always polite, professional and highly skilled. "We are absolutely thrilled with our master bathroom remodel by Top Notch Remodelers. The entire process from the initial phone call went incredibly smooth. Doug arrived on time to measure and generate the quote and was professional, personable and funny, we really enjoyed dealing with him. Top Notch Remodelers gave us our lowest priced quote which was firm and could do everything we wanted. We received progress calls from our project manager, Mindy, every two weeks to inform us of the progress leading up to installation. Then came installation. Adonis led the 3-person team who were hard working, professional, punctual, polite and we enjoyed having them in our house. The result is we now have a beautiful large walk-in shower where our tub was and a new closet where our small shower used to be. I will highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodel."

"This was our second project with Smith Remodeling (see review of 3/22/20) – this time a complete kitchen and bath renovation. Once again, we got superior workmanship, quality materials and great communication at a fair price. We were away for the summer, but we knew from our first experience we could invite Lisa, Mark and their crew into our home with confidence. Smith uses only its own crew, no subs, and has a great network of suppliers for cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, shower enclosures and whatever else you need. Lisa coordinates and schedules them all. Once work began, Lisa was in steady communication via text, email or phone. She sent photos almost every day. If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful. This small company is in high demand with good reason."

"Shawn and his crew are very knowledgeable and went out of there way to make sure I was happy. I had a complete bathroom remodel and also had my doors ,wood casings,floor moldings and crown molding installed. The two main installers were very knowledgeable and worked well together. I was also under a deadline because company was coming and Shawn brought in extra men to get the room ready in time. Overall I was happy with the finished job and would use this company again for any additional projects."
