"We had a great design experience - Alfred Huertas worked with us to get the vision for our Kitchen and 2 Bath remodel converted to an open design and we are satisfied with the final result. Biggest disappointment was the proficiency of the subcontractors and the length of time it took (over 18 months). We had a large tile job and the quality of install was below DIY. Quality issues we found in the original install took multiple visits by the punch tech to address. The quality of materials and appliances was good - very satisfied. Alfred was instrumental in getting our stalled project moving again by being a vocal advocate for us with S&W leadership. Since we were not living in the home during the remodel, it felt like the job suffered a lack of priority at S&W. Be a squeaky wheel. If you choose S&W - stay involved with the choice of subcontractors and scheduling. ‘First available’ yielded subpar results."

"I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a bath or shower remodel!"

"Our bath remodel is now complete. What a FANTASTIC job!!! It was quite a process, but Scott did a great job in the coordination of all the contractors and workers and always kept things moving along smoothly. Any little hiccups along the way were handled immediately and perfectly. Every step of the way, Scott was sure everything was perfect and to our complete satisfaction. This remodel came out better than we ever imagined. Thanks to everyone at Gilbert Design that helped put it all together for us."

"Arce Remodeling was an excellent contractor! Jesse and his guys did amazing work. He made a few suggestions during our "design" phase, which we hadn't even considered, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. I will definitely recommend Jesse to anyone who asks."

"This was our second project with Smith Remodeling (see review of 3/22/20) – this time a complete kitchen and bath renovation. Once again, we got superior workmanship, quality materials and great communication at a fair price. We were away for the summer, but we knew from our first experience we could invite Lisa, Mark and their crew into our home with confidence. Smith uses only its own crew, no subs, and has a great network of suppliers for cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, shower enclosures and whatever else you need. Lisa coordinates and schedules them all. Once work began, Lisa was in steady communication via text, email or phone. She sent photos almost every day. If she had a question, she consulted us before proceeding. If we had questions, she answered them promptly. The job was done in less than a month. The results were beautiful. This small company is in high demand with good reason."

"We recently had our parents' kitchen remodeled by Salt & Pepper, and the transformation is nothing short of amazing! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, punctual, and detail oriented. They took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable suggestions that elevated the design. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it's clear that they take pride in their work. Our parents couldn't be happier with their new kitchen; it's now the heart of their home! What really impressed us was the communication throughout the project. The Salt & Pepper team kept us updated on every step, ensuring that there were no surprises along the way. They were also very respectful of our parents' home, always leaving the workspace clean at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and within budget, which is a rarity these days. Salt & Pepper has truly exceeded our expectations!"

"We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

"Shawn and his crew did everything I asked and were very professional about it. I am so happy that I chose this company. I'm sure they can do anything you need done. Thank you again, Shawn"

"I received excellent, efficient service from Alternative Flooring and Remodeling for my Backsplash install. Tom Jr arrived on time, and kept me updated on the progress of the job throughout. Highly recommended, and I will use their services in the future."

"Bruce and his team did a great job on my shower remodel. Highly recommend"
