I found him to be extremely helpful in selecting the correct unit for my particular application. he did not sell my an item that I would not need. He re-assured me of the selected product. The price point and over-all installation process was directly on point. the service technicians that completed the install were just superb. (Rocky & Eric) installed the mini-split system and were just outstanding. The electricians that came out the day before the install were equally outstanding as well. "If you are looking for a full service HVAC company, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating is it! I rarely right reviews but felt I had to share my experience this time. We hired Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to revamp our â tiredâ 23 year old A/C and Heat Pump and to vacuum and clean all of our duct work. When we needed an estimate, Dennis (the owner) took time out on his own day off to come out and inspect our existing system. Dennis did a thorough job of inspecting everything that was needed so that he could provide as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Let me tell you, I received four estimates from other HVAC companies and none of those four estimators spent nearly the time Dennis did. When installation and tear out day arrived, Bill Bowers A/C and Heating team arrived on time, were professional, considerate, friendly, and respectful to us and our property while working hard until the job was completed. At the end of the job, the team lead walked us through everything that was done and answered all of our questions. We felt that Bill Bowers A/C and Heating had a dedicated and experienced staff who wanted nothing but to ensure our A/C and heating project was done to our complete satisfaction. We felt that they had a sincere desire to please us as a customer. We felt that their pricing was very fair and reasonable. We were very happy with all they did for us. "Robin (the owner) arrived on time and explained the process. He was quick and efficient. He showed us one picture of mold he found. He cleaned and sanitized the ducts and also cleaned the vents. I would have liked to have seen before and after pictures of the ducts. He recommended a UV light to combat the mold and returned next day to install it. He was offering a summer special whole house duct cleaning so I feel the price was very reasonable."
