"The price was right. However, the techs are not a thorough as Custom Air. They were OK. So, I got my AC maintenance today, and the tech was excellent. So, the issue for LPAC is they are variable. Also, the tech told me NOT to put chlorine in the water drain line. This can cause issues with the radiator, which is near the drain. Chlorine interacts with aluminum, and can cause leaks! Yikes! I am required to put a will hire again, and I said yes. However, I am on the fence. I will see when the maintenance plan ends."

Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air.
