"I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

"Our AC stopped working late in the afternoon. We called Anthony's and they had a technician out to our home before 5:30 pm. Greg was unable, after several attempts and options, to get our unit back up and running. He stayed with us while he reached out to Madison in sales, which was after their normal business hours, and Madison was immediately able to quote us a new unit, get us financing and schedule us for delivery and installation the next day. Anthony's installation team, Edwin & Robert, were at our home just shortly after 8 am. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were also considerate of our lawn in not damaging it due to the heat & the size of the HVAC. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and they stayed to make sure the unit was working and our home was cooling down. Tom called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the service and sent Garrett out just to double check on everything and to explain or answer any questions we may have on the new unit. My husband and I are EXTREMELY satisfied! We would certainly, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of AC work done. Thank you Madison and your whole team. "I was thoroughly impressed with D&W. First, the service tech Andre came to clean our 16-year-old AC. He was punctual and professional. He also talked to us about purchasing a new AC unit. We decided to take him up on the offer. D&W was a few hundred dollars more expensive than the other estimates we got, but my instinct told me to go with D&W. And I was completely right! We bought a new Trane unit from D&W. The installation techs arrived at 8:30AM and were done by 1:30PM and did an excellent job with the installation. They also took the time to make sure I knew how to work the new thermostat and answered all my questions. Even the county inspector complimented their work. I'm very glad I went with D&W and I highly recommend them for being friendly, professional, thorough, punctual and an overall good company."

"Jason is just an amazing human being! He explained the duct cleaning process throughly to me. He discussed the benefits of cleaning all the ducts and return vents as opposed to doing nothing. He took before and after pictures which gave me a clear understanding of how dirty the ducts were and how essential it was to clean them. I was pleased with all his hard work (protecting furniture, cleaning the ducts, and cleaning up any mess made) on a very hot and humid day! Your money will be well spent hiring Duct Depot to clean your heating and cooling air ducts and vents! I highly recommend them!"
