Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. After a discussion he decided that I should not spend the $150 for the dye as the unit is out of warranty and if there is a leak it is probably time to replace the unit. The company I had the previous day said the coils were clogged with mold, thus blocking the airflow and I should replace the unit. D & W is very honest."

"Robin (the owner) arrived on time and explained the process. He was quick and efficient. He showed us one picture of mold he found. He cleaned and sanitized the ducts and also cleaned the vents. I would have liked to have seen before and after pictures of the ducts. He recommended a UV light to combat the mold and returned next day to install it. He was offering a summer special whole house duct cleaning so I feel the price was very reasonable."
