Hope to have Breath of Fresh Aire conduct our regular semi-annual preventive maintenance on HVAC unit."

"The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He found the unit needed Freon and the problem was solved. He asked if I wanted dye added to find the leak. After a discussion he decided that I should not spend the $150 for the dye as the unit is out of warranty and if there is a leak it is probably time to replace the unit. The company I had the previous day said the coils were clogged with mold, thus blocking the airflow and I should replace the unit. D & W is very honest."

"Our technician (Rick) came to our house at the appointed time, inspected and cleaned the system and answered all of our questions.  He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful as well as being a nice guy.  I was especially impressed that Rick found a malfunction but determined that the onboard computer simply needed to be reset.

For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air. "Robin (the owner) arrived on time and explained the process. He was quick and efficient. He showed us one picture of mold he found. He cleaned and sanitized the ducts and also cleaned the vents. I would have liked to have seen before and after pictures of the ducts. He recommended a UV light to combat the mold and returned next day to install it. He was offering a summer special whole house duct cleaning so I feel the price was very reasonable."
