We had issues finding the (on-demand with RF remote) unit that I had requested, but they followed through to install it successfully. According to hot water heater installers and plumbing supply companies that I talked with, most hot water pumps operate with a timer, which does not serve our needs. We think that the on-demand pump with an RF Remote is most (water) efficient for two story homes. The USA Water Heater Contractors have excellent reviews on line and I found them to be highly professional and responsive."
