Jessie (sp?) answered the phone and said she could have someone out within an hour. Within 45 minutes of the call, two guys were at my house and snaked the shower drain. In fact, while running water in the bathroom sink (which was backing up into the shower stall) they noticed the faucet didn't have an aerator which made the water came out at an angle. At no extra charge, they installed the small part that made the water come out straight.
