Patch (Kyle) came with his colleague and they tackled an AC drain issue right away and at the same time repaired our pressure relief valve. We had had difficulty finding any AC company that would come out to just repair the clogged drain without sending a tech and upselling us or telling us there is a service fee to diagnose and then send a tech â ¦ Kylie went right to the issue and not only cleaned the drain pipe but gave us a long term solution so that this would never happen again. That was amazing and relieved a lot of concern on our part. Recommend 5 stars for sure and will use again
