He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. "Mario's provided accurate estimate of project, ordered custom maple flooring to match existing floor. Mario's team was very professional with installation of new floor and refinishing existing floor. They went the extra mile to insure we were happy with results. 70 year old floor looks amazing and the new floor matches well.
