Within the same day I had a quote. He ordered the facuet and it was installed with a couple of days. His employee, Joe was on time, wore a face mask, covered his shoes, made sure my floor was covered, and completed the installation quickly. "Water heater began leaking in the late afternoon, two days before Christmas. Alan was at my door within an hour at about 5:30 pm, temporarily stopped the leak, and assessed the problem. He was back first thing the next morning (Christmas Eve) with a new heater, which he installed in about two hours. I can't comment on the relative cost because I had no time to shop around...but couldn't be happier with the response and the service."
