"Water heater began leaking in the late afternoon, two days before Christmas. Alan was at my door within an hour at about 5:30 pm, temporarily stopped the leak, and assessed the problem. He was back first thing the next morning (Christmas Eve) with a new heater, which he installed in about two hours. I can't comment on the relative cost because I had no time to shop around...but couldn't be happier with the response and the service."
