Derrick came to help us replace our water heater that was way overdue. He was super helpful and friendly and let us know about the rebates available for tankless water heaters since we originally were planning to get a tank water heater because it was cheaper. He was very detailed and made sure to show us all the steps and what was installed so that we were aware of how to keep everything in good order. My 14 year old water heater was leaking from the inside and that’s what’s been putting out the flame, so I thought it’s finally time for it to be replaced. Called couple places for quotes and Speedy came first in terms of price, speed, and professionalism. Hector was whom I spoke to on the phone; he was professional, provided clear and thorough information like the brand of heater, the services that will be included, etc - this helped me a lot in making a decision. Derreck came later in the day to service. He was thorough with the installation AND his explanations, extremely knowledgeable. Told us to be careful of water softeners, went over the new parts, etc. Everything done pretty much within 2 hours. Nothing more I can ask for.

Brian is great. I especially like how he is running a small business without the corporate feel. I’m sick of dealing with big names with big prices and fancy words. As they say, words are wind John Snow. I have an aqua therm system which a lot of plumbers don’t even want to touch, and if they do they get greedy. My water heater replacement wasn’t cheap but Brian was definitely competitive in our current market climate of constantly climbing prices. Also, his work was great. Brian didn’t do the work himself but he was on-site to oversee and to manage the work ensuring superior service from his top notch employees. Brian is a present owner and I think this makes all the difference with employee morale and productivity, The work done by one of Brian’s plumbers was awesome. The previous job was constantly dripping straight onto the electrical control box due to poor placement and sealing of the piping. My plumber put actual thought and consideration into the job and obviously took pride in his work. They replaced all of the crap piping with new copper and utilized high quality valves and properly finished joints unlike the previous job that had used PVC where it shouldn’t have and weak joint fittings, kind of like what you would use to fix a small leak in a DIY setup. I could go on about the work in detail but ultimately it was done right. The inspection passed and all in all I was super happy I went with Brian. The new water heater works better than the previous and I also learned how to properly control the temp to my hot water line from the plumber who did my work. That sounds silly but I was doing it wrong and most certainly wasting money. Now my water is more than plenty hot on a normal setting. I would recommend Brian’s services to a friend or family. But, don’t expect a bunch of corporate marketing and fancy phone systems that lead to nowhere. If you prefer not having smoke blown up your $$$ and what to know your dealing with a pro this is the place to be.

Water heater needed to be replaced. Called today. The owner, Hector, was professional, helped diagnose the problem over the phone and after review of some pictures. He was the first to give me a quote within like five minutes. Michael came the same day and was done within an hour. He was pleasant, easy-going, efficient, answered my questions. Didn’t need any babysitting. Other than moving the crap we have in the garage, we didn’t have to do anything except pay. If you need a replacement water heater, I highly recommend Speedy water heater and Michael.

I hired Speedy Water Heaters and Plumbing to fix a leaky drain underneath my house and he did a great job! All the other Plumbing companies gave me much higher estimates. But after reviewing various Plumbers licenses I decided to hire Speedy not just because he gave me the best estimate; but because of his personality as well. For such a young man he has a good character! Hector not only fixed my leaky drain pipe that was underneath my house, but he cut off portions of all the other drains that were connected to my main line. He replaced portions of my galvanized pipes with ABS. This was the best and most affordable way to fix my problem! All the other Plumbers wanted to either replaced all the drain pipes, but few wanted to do the way Hector suggested it. In about a half a day he was finished with his repairs. He then inspected every connection to make sure there weren't any other leaks underneath my house. He was very efficient- my family and I were very pleased with his work. I can literally say that I know who to call for all my future plumbing and heating needs and that will be Speedy Water Heaters and Plumbing for certain. Even my sister was so impressed that she is going to be recommending him to her friends! I'm so glad I went with Speedy that I decided to even replaced my old 40 gallon water heater and replaced it with a 50 gallon water heater.
