"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! "JD Plumbing or DeGennaro Plumbing was one of four companies that diagnosed my leak problem and submitted proposals. They identified the problem quickly and correctly. Although their price was not the lowest I selected them based on the completeness of the bid and their solution. They completely replaced our main water line from the street to the house. That required removing the grass and trenching for the new line. They installed the new line with quality materials and in a timely manner. After installing the new line they replaced the sod and cleaned the entire area. I had a problem with one area of the replaced sod not being level and to my surprise they returned the next day and leveled the sod. I highly recommend JD Plumbing."

"I was having a problem with my dishwasher draining.  I appreciated that they were honest.  They came out and said they wouldn't be able to do the job for us.  It's not a clogged drain issue, but something to do with the pump.  Unclogging the drain wouldn't do the trick.  I was happy that he offered a refund for the deal rather than taking the money and not doing the job."
