"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"I have hired Luis for the last couple of years. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. He sprayed for different kinds of bugs we had and came again when I saw some coming back. He is very professional and really knows his business and can talk at length on all kinds of pests whether bugs, rodents as well as the chemicals he uses to treat with etc... When you have questions he never rushes and actually takes time to explain his answers carefully and thoroughly. He goes above and beyond!
