Once we received the estimate, I was blown away by how professional and organized the company was - the matrix of options, the fast and clear communication, the scheduling - it was all so unlike the other contractors I'd been dealing with through my renovation. Once the job started, I continued to be pleased. Eugene (Gene) led the crew and did a fantastic job over the 5 days they were at our house. The work was precise, clean, accurate, and on time and they delivered exactly what they said they would. Just like Zac, the crew was a pleasure to deal with. "We had a wonderful experience with Comfort Energy! The service person, whose name was Chance, did a thorough evaluation of the problem with a focus on saving us as much money as possible, to either repair or replace our 30-year-old heat furnace. He quickly determined that our inlet filter was too dense (it was a Merv 11 and should have been a Merv 8) and that that was probably causing the heater to go off an on every 5-10 minutes. He then tested and confirmed his hypothesis. He also performed a CO test to make sure there wasn't anything more serious going on. Finally, he gave us a good idea of replacement options, which we should probably do before the next Winter, but not necessarily right away. All in all, this is exactly the kind of assessment we needed, and it cost orders of magnitude less than what was estimated by the first service company we had come out. Chance was great, and Comfort Energy is our go-to for heating and cooling service and/or installation from now on."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"Pann was knowledgable, responsive, did all work correctly, on time, and within budget. He went above and beyond by taking care of issues he uncovered that we were not aware were there. He worked with us to come up with the idea of installing an Internet closet that made it possible to have less visible cables and cords running on our walls. The finished project works great and I appreciate having a clean look behind my TV stand. Running the new electric to the detached garage was hard work. Pann crawled around under our house to pull the new wiring through. He even worked within our tight schedule of 2 weeks!
