I purchased my home a few years ago. The home had an existing pool with a leak and required some cosmetic work. Pablo and his team assisted in locating the leak and repaired it. Once the leak issue was resolved I decided to give the pool a different look. Pablo and team returned and did a phenomenal job. He built a beautiful retaining wall with two waterfalls, LED lights and a pool side fire pit. It could be happier for the type of service I received. The pool looks great and the water looks amazing. My experience with Rick was fantastic. He has the best guys and installs the best equipment. Also important for us, he managed the entire project and I was only pulled in from time to time on design questions. All of his employees were top-notch and showed up on time. The project took longer than expected, but that was due to the landscape design team and not Rick. Rick also installed two other pools in our neighborhood and they had positive experiences as well

Update: I was not paid to give a review and I did utilize and hire Shefer Builders for a total remodel. Remodeling can be stressful. So many decisions and expenses. We thought about it several years. We researched, planned, saved and interviewed several companies. We wanted a general contractor that could handle all our needs (one stop). We met with Yani of Shefer Builder twice. We shared our budget, our wants, and our concerns. It’s important you find someone you feel comfortable with and can have confidence in. It’s your home after all. He made us feel excited about the possibilities and his portfolio was extensive. He had loads of ideas and thoughtful ways and places we could make our dreams come true. We’d lived in our 1950s home for 20 years. Everything needed updating. From the roof down to new flooring, new windows, doors, outside stucco, and a gorgeous new open floor plan kitchen (removed a wall) and bathroom! We couldn’t be happier now! The end result is amazing. It looks like something in a magazine. Yet very livable. Yani helped with choosing wall colors, tile, flooring and fixtures. They built a new master walk-in closet with custom organizers. Added crown molding and pocket lights throughout and durable pretty flooring. During the process Yani stayed in touch constantly and sent pictures of the progress. If we had a question he was very responsive in returning a call or text. He stayed within our budget and even found places to save us money. We joke if we win the lotto we’ll have Shefer Builder back to add a second story. We’d be happy to provide more info

Steve and his pool team are on point. Steve has his pool installation process down and things flowed smoothly. He was quick to respond if questions arose and he followed up throughout the process to make sure things were going well. Side-note: I recommend choosing your tile and coping early in the process so it can be ordered and ready to go. Our coping wasn’t in stock (no fault of Steve’s) but waiting for it to come in put a hold on our project for a bit. We are very happy with the end result and our family is enjoying the new pool! Thanks Steve for a job well done

"Everything went extremely well with one small exception. When I got home the day they installed the actual surface of the pool and the pool was being filled with water, I saw that the color was very wrong. I turned off the water and contacted the office immediately. They were very apologetic and came out the next day to tear out the wrong surface and install the new one. I think they handled the mistake very well and quickly so I do highly recommend them nevertheless.

"Great! My house is about 80 years old; I discovered that there was a leak from a (nearly) roof top patio down into the dining room below, Ben came and assessed the situation, and was very up front about the price being determined by what they might find after they pulled up the patio flooring, and unfortunately it was kind of a mess under there. Ben explained the process and pricing very clearly and set up the different crews for each layer of the the tear out and reinstall. They were great about working with my schedule and it got done pretty quickly especially for a multi step project. Everyone was very polite, cleaned up and carted away any debris after every layer and they were even very nice to my dog, (who can be a little annoying ) it looks good now and I am confident that the waterproofing is solid. Will definitely rehire them for for future projects!
