Rodney called to ask some questions, gave me an estimated price and time. Rodney was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rolando arrived a little early which was great. He figured out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was within the range mentioned and started working. It took an hour to complete. Rolando went over what was done and why. "When a pipe burst in our garage, we were pretty stressed trying to figure out what to do. Ron came out right away, shut everything off, and replaced the section of pipe that broke. "Dave and Eric did a good job with a challenging dryer installation. They arrived on time and were very careful of my hardwood floors. Dave also replaced the spout in the upstairs bathtub.
I was very happy with the results. I have used Tool Time in the past and have always been pleased.
However, dealing with the bill has been problematic. Usually Eric, the owner, would come by, inspect the job, and I would pay him. Dave/Eric didn't know about the payment procedure, called the office and was told someone would call me.
I was never called, tried calling, left a voicemail, then sent an e-mail, no response.
After 3 weeks I sent a check for what I thought was the correct amount to the Constitution Ave  address. No acknowledgement, no receipt. Last week I received an e-mail invoice for $200; I again tried to call -voicemail was full, sent an e-mail, again no response.
If this business is trying to expand, this is not the way to do it. If I use them in the future, I would need to know the payment procedure and that I would receive a receipt.

"I met with Ethan in December of 2020 and we signed the contract, after I spoke to a few other contractors because he definitely had the best pricing and really good reviews. The work only started 6 months after the contract and in the meantime the raw material cost went up but Eitan did not increase the price of the contract despite including all raw materials in the contract. He uncovered a problem in plumbing while installing brand new windows, despite that there was only two week delay in the schedule. He built me my dream kitchen and all along the way advised on what would actually look nice because I did not hire an interior designer and I was doing it on my own. Build the Bay is trustworthy, clean (which was super important to us because we were living in the house through the construction) and proactive. I would totally hire them for another construction project if something should come up in the future."

"Wilmar Plumbing was very responsive and empathetic towards my situation. They had to fix a problem caused by the previous plumber who installed my shower/tub drain incorrectly. I couldn't shower due to the leak. They treated my case like the emergency it was and Wilmar and his team showed up first thing. They fixed it diligently. They were so good, I hired them to install new bathroom sinks. These guys are great!"
