Vincent and his assistant Sergei took on a difficult job of installing a stove top and a downdraft fan that posed some challenges of fitting into an existing counter space. An installer sent by the dealer failed at this task but they were careful and creative in finding solutions. We appreciated the attention to detail and their hard work - and the result was fabulous. Not least, the price was reasonable and both of them were easy and pleasant to work with. No hesitation in recommending their services.

The technician that arrived to repair our oven was clueless. It was a fairly simple issue and he could not figure it out. At point point he was about to remove the double oven from the cabinet. However, he had not put anything down on the floor where he could set it. Also, he was alone so not only was he about to drop the oven on our floor there was no way he would be able to replace it in the cabinet. He called his "boss" and said he would return with someone. The problem is, he still had no clue what he was doing. No thanks.

Submitted Angi request Sunday evening, he called right away and scheduled for Monday afternoon to look at the washer. Monday, he was right on time, took all of five minutes to diagnose the problem. Made appointment for Tuesday to come back and fix it. Tuesday, again, right on time -- with text message to let me know he was on his way -- had the washer repaired in no time flat. And it's been in perfect order since then. Next time we have an appliance needing repair, Happy Again will be my first call.

The guy was supposed to show up but he didn't. And I called him and he said that he will come late, so I decided to cancel it. And i will not recommend him.
