Technician replaced burned out part, but also showed me where clogged vent caused it to overheat.

Researched the problem. Fixed the problem. Repair was well done.

I called them because my dryer was taking longer to dry. After their technician left my dryer stopped drying completely.

Some flexibility with scheduling was required. The performed an inspection of our washer. Accurately diagnosed the problem and repaired it accordingly. There were no hidden fees or additional charges. And they were careful in our home.

Vincent repaired and cleaned my dryer and also cleaned my washing machine. He did a great job. He was very accommodating.

Very friendly helpful timely

The technician that arrived to repair our oven was clueless. It was a fairly simple issue and he could not figure it out. At point point he was about to remove the double oven from the cabinet. However, he had not put anything down on the floor where he could set it. Also, he was alone so not only was he about to drop the oven on our floor there was no way he would be able to replace it in the cabinet. He called his "boss" and said he would return with someone. The problem is, he still had no clue what he was doing. No thanks.

No inspection. Accepted deposit and never returned to perform the work. Sued in small claims court.

Submitted Angi request Sunday evening, he called right away and scheduled for Monday afternoon to look at the washer. Monday, he was right on time, took all of five minutes to diagnose the problem. Made appointment for Tuesday to come back and fix it. Tuesday, again, right on time -- with text message to let me know he was on his way -- had the washer repaired in no time flat. And it's been in perfect order since then. Next time we have an appliance needing repair, Happy Again will be my first call.

The service went great, my husband came in that day and everything was working and we did not find any issues after the service.

The guy was supposed to show up but he didn't. And I called him and he said that he will come late, so I decided to cancel it. And i will not recommend him.
