They explained over the phone that the inspection was free, but that any extermination cost (if necessary), would be agreed between myself and the technician. Thankfully, whatever my husband had sprayed to deter the wasps from setting up a nest behind our gutters had worked, as the technician confirmed that there were no active wasps there. The technician told me about the bi-monthly pest control service that they offer, so we will be looking into that."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."
