Tony is very experienced and knowledgeable about tankless hot water heaters. He has installed many in my neighborhood and we're all extremely satisfied with the installation process. and the performance of the heater. Tony came in organized and ready to start the job immediately, as you would expect from someone with a lot of experience. The heater is so much more efficient, using less energy since it's not heating 50 gallons of water all the time, so I look forward to saving money on my monthly gas bill. I highly recommend Tony for the job.

Fast, efficient installation at a decent price

Tony came out for a bid and was on time and explained what was needed. I hired him to do install a Navien Tankless system. He and Eric, his helper, arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job in one day. My friends warned me not to leave the house while this 'stranger' but I had an errand to run and was away from the house for a couple hours. Returned to find nothing missing and the guys working hard to install the system. Before leaving when the installation was complete, Tony showed me use of the controls and made sure the system was working. Tony was able to fix a couple things that could cause problems for me, such as a clogged 20 year old faucet (he removed the dirt that had accumulated). I would recommend him to friends who were switching to a tankless water heater.

Tony encountered issues getting the new water heater to light. He was determined to resolve the problem and went out of his way to research and implement a fix.
