"I got estimates for installing a new furnace from two companies on Angieslist.  Their estimates were very similar but I decided to go with Duke because I felt it was easier to deal with him.  It was a good decision.  My daughter works two jobs so her time is limited.  I am retired but live almost an hour away.  Duke was wonderful about scheduling so that my trips to her condo were limited and her time available time was maximized.  The furnace was installed on a day she could be there by Juan and Jesus.   After the installation they found a problem with a ceiling duct but instead of scheduling another appointment, they went to get the materials and fixed it that day.  A required test and inspection by the city was set up based on our schedules.  Duke and his technicians were pleasant, easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done in a minimum amount of time.

"We purchased the $49.99 service call. It was very easy to schedule, and we had someone out within a couple of days. The gentleman who came out was very professional and communicated everything that he was doing and finding. At the end, he provided several options for our furnace. One was to just replace the part that was causing our immediate problem; however, our furnace was 27 years old and there were signs that a couple of other key parts were on their last legs. The other options were to replace the furnace with different types of furnaces. I wasn't comfortable making the call on what we would do at the end of the service call and that was fine. There was no hard sell to make an option then and there. I really appreciated that.
After discussing it, my husband and I decided to replace the furnace with one of the options provided. We called the next day and they sent a couple of folks to replace it within a few days. The two gentleman were professional and thorough, and cleaned up everything before they left. They installed our Nest thermometer rather than the thermometer that came with the furnace, and everything has been working great.

Diego assembled a crew of four incredibly hard working guys who came out two days later (Monday), and removed our old system and installed the new one (compressor, furnace, and coil) in a few hours. It was a life saver! The price was very reasonable (I'd previously replaced an AC and furnace at an old house, and paid a couple thousand more). He was on time, worked his butt off, and did great work. He also gave a five year guarantee on anything broken for labor, and the AC and furnace come with 10 years parts that he will coordinate. "Pann was knowledgable, responsive, did all work correctly, on time, and within budget. He went above and beyond by taking care of issues he uncovered that we were not aware were there. He worked with us to come up with the idea of installing an Internet closet that made it possible to have less visible cables and cords running on our walls. The finished project works great and I appreciate having a clean look behind my TV stand. Running the new electric to the detached garage was hard work. Pann crawled around under our house to pull the new wiring through. He even worked within our tight schedule of 2 weeks!
