"We purchased the $49.99 service call. It was very easy to schedule, and we had someone out within a couple of days. The gentleman who came out was very professional and communicated everything that he was doing and finding. At the end, he provided several options for our furnace. One was to just replace the part that was causing our immediate problem; however, our furnace was 27 years old and there were signs that a couple of other key parts were on their last legs. The other options were to replace the furnace with different types of furnaces. I wasn't comfortable making the call on what we would do at the end of the service call and that was fine. There was no hard sell to make an option then and there. I really appreciated that.
After discussing it, my husband and I decided to replace the furnace with one of the options provided. We called the next day and they sent a couple of folks to replace it within a few days. The two gentleman were professional and thorough, and cleaned up everything before they left. They installed our Nest thermometer rather than the thermometer that came with the furnace, and everything has been working great.

"Pann was knowledgable, responsive, did all work correctly, on time, and within budget. He went above and beyond by taking care of issues he uncovered that we were not aware were there. He worked with us to come up with the idea of installing an Internet closet that made it possible to have less visible cables and cords running on our walls.
