This guy is a real pro! The original installer came out and gave up on the problem, and I never heard from them again. Duke came out, and diagnosed the issue in an hour. He even submitted the request for a part under warranty, received it, and came back to install it 2 days later. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks Duke!

Duke did a great job at a fair price. We needed AC and decided to replace our old furnace at the same time. In addition Duke wrapped with insulating bubble wrap our old ducts that were exposed. He tied the drip line into our existing downspout in a neat fashion. I'd highly recommend him (he's a fellow submarine vet too!!).

Great. They contacted me right away. It wasn't an emergency but Iti was cold, so they still came first thing on the first business day. The technician explained what he was doing and why the prior repair done by somebody else probably failed. The rate was reasonable. It's been a couple of days and it seems the furnace is working, so everything good so far.

The tenant called him a couple of months ago for something he had one previously, but because he's a good guy, and we had done something six months ago that was very expensive, whatever went wrong this time he just must've fixed. The tenant said she was going to call us back to let us know he fixed it, and there was no contact again, so I'm assuming everything was fine. Our tenant just knows to call him if it's anything to do with heating and air conditioning. He usually does a perfect job and works with you if something goes awry to make sure it's right. I would use him again. He is right there.

Fair service on my furnace. The thing I am concerned is I was overcharged with the Thermostat they installed. I paid $145.00 for a thermostat costing $85.00. I checked price from other businesses to see how much the same Thermostat cost. Also, found out after they left that the name of their business is inscribed in the thermostat they installed. It should even be discounted since they are using the thermostat to advertise their business. This is taking advantage of innocent people like me. Won't use them again.
