"There was no coolant in the unit so that's why it wasn't working. That's why no cool air was coming out of it. I had just purchased my home and I had just moved in and when it got warm, I had started using the air conditioning. I don't know who's responsibility but he was able to put coolant in and it's been fine. That's all I can tell you. It was covered by the insurance company. I did have to pay a little bit but I can't remember exactly. I would have to look it up in my records. He was super. He was just super and I would use him again. I might use him for my routine maintenance just to make sure everything is running properly before anything happens. It took less than an hour. I had a problem with the air conditioning and he contacted me through the insurance company and I was very pleased with the service. As a matter of fact, the agent who had sold the property to me was here because we were trying to work out the insurance details. He actually asked for his card, he asked for Duke's card because he really liked the way he handled the whole service call. So, he probably will use him again. I can't speak for him but he was really great."

"We purchased the $49.99 service call. It was very easy to schedule, and we had someone out within a couple of days. The gentleman who came out was very professional and communicated everything that he was doing and finding. At the end, he provided several options for our furnace. One was to just replace the part that was causing our immediate problem; however, our furnace was 27 years old and there were signs that a couple of other key parts were on their last legs. The other options were to replace the furnace with different types of furnaces. I wasn't comfortable making the call on what we would do at the end of the service call and that was fine. There was no hard sell to make an option then and there. I really appreciated that.
After discussing it, my husband and I decided to replace the furnace with one of the options provided. We called the next day and they sent a couple of folks to replace it within a few days. The two gentleman were professional and thorough, and cleaned up everything before they left. They installed our Nest thermometer rather than the thermometer that came with the furnace, and everything has been working great.

"Understandably and as expected all HVAC contractors were on high demand and all booked up for several days out, so no one in the area was available until the following week at the earliest. We called Mr. Diego Utor and lime everyone else he was also all booked up; however, he added us to his already full day and said he would do his best to stop over. "The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet.
