"Ignacio and Devon came by to reinstall a toilet that got loose off the flange. A previous plumber at another company installed it incorrectly a year or two back. They also did a Water Heater flush. They were quick, precise, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They even made sure to clean anything they touched. There was an electrical issue they weren't sure about, but they stayed to make sure it got resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll be hiring 1Stop Mechanical for other plumbing projects. Prices are very reasonable as well."

We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. "I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since.
