They are punctual and very flexible with working around the schedule of my project. The price was fair.

Plumber came on September 11 to discuss scope of work. We talked 1/2 hp vs 1/3 hp sump pumps, plastic vs steel housing, pedestal vs submerged. We also talked about the various backup systems, brands and their cost. I showed him where I wanted the utility sink and where the other lines were located. After all was done, I asked him how long he thought it would take to do it all. He stated 4 hours, where I thought 8 was more in line. A few days later, after some mixup on cell numbers vs email which caused an installation delay, I received an email with the estimate. The mixup was as much my fault as theirs. I accepted the estimate, asked for the additional item of the drain flange changeout, It would be added to the estimate. Showed up on time with his helper and got right to work. Made all the changes, didn't need to replace or adjust some of the sump piping as we thought. Didn't have the added drain flange on his list, but took care of it anyway. In addition, I attempted to fix a leak in an outdoor faucet while they had the water turned off. When my attempts didn't work, I asked them to take a look. They had to run to the hardware store for an item for the original estimate and an item for the faucet leak. Fixed all, cleaned up after themselves, were paid and departed. Even with the added item and supply run, they were still done in 4 hours and 15 minutes. My bill was still under the original estimate, even with the added items. All have worked well since.

Very flexible to schedule and showed up as promised and was willing to explain things as he completed the work.

Jay was very professional and allowed me to ask questions as he was working. He came out three times, once to cap existing plumbing, once to replumb existing sink temporarily, and the last time to hook up new sink. All three times went well.
