"Brought these guys in when the job was half finished by a relative who had been at it for 3 1/2 months.  The estimate was that it would take four days - it did.  They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They pointed out imperfections in the wall that would need to be fixed before they could do the job properly.  Other tilers had missed this detail.  All that is left is for the glass enclosurre to be installed and they recommended the right people for that as well.  They are great to work with, exhibit integrity and character, and the results will not disappoint you.  What's not to love!

They were quick to respond to our request for quote and, shortly after, Ryan did an on-site inspection during which he presented various options for the construction materials and pointed out areas of concern and what we could expect. He answered all our questions about build issues we had considered and was helpful by pointing out things we hadn't considered. Soon after the on-site, Ryan provided a detailed quote with the various construction options. The quote was thorough and, while it exceeded what we'd hoped to pay, it was a good and fair price and had reasonable terms for payment. Once construction was started the work was completed quickly. Also, they were very accommodating to requests for minor changes to the original build after the contract was signed and during the build. The quality is top notch and we're very pleased with their work. Lastly, one moment stands out. The roof rough-in was completed on a Friday with the exception that the roof was exposed lumber: the roofing paper and shingles were supposed to be installed on Monday. The weather forecast was calling for rain on Sunday so we were preparing to get a tarp and cover the roof. However, Ryan showed up unexpected Saturday and, by himself, installed the roofing paper to protect the lumber in case it rained. That type of customer focus would ensure me as a repeat customer."
