"The initial job was done extremely well. However, the service just "decided" afterwards that I needed a weekly mowing, even though that was not discussed and no contracts were signed. The mowing was at a fair price, but I did not want to pay it weekly, so I called and asked them to stop. They came out and mowed once more, and then stopped. So the problem I had with them was communication/responsiveness; otherwise, they were fine."

We needed to remove dead trees, prune other trees, remove the underbrush, and plant new trees and shrubs and mulch the area. We contacted 3 companies - one never responded, another made an appointment and never showed up, and the third was Julio who was very responsive from the beginning and met with us within 24 hours of connecting. He is very knowledgeable about landscaping and made suggestions for trees that would work well in our yard. He also took our preferences into consideration, as well as keeping in mind what would work best for our family. He was quick to address any issues that came up. We found his pricing to be very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of work that was put into the project. We have had landscaping and tree work done at a previous house, and his pricing was better than the previous company we used (a major company in the area). He and his team were very reliable and take a lot of pride in the work that they do. We are very happy with their work and have hired them for other projects, as well as recommended them to everyone we know who needs work done."

"JP Landscaping wowed me from the minute they started work until the time they finished. I have truly never worked with a better contractor and crew than this group. We hired them to help correct a drainage issue on the side of our back yard that was allowing water flow toward our home during strong storms. Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house. It turned out to be beautiful and functional! He has the hardest working and most professional crew!"

The crew that did the installation did a phenomenal job. I was worried about tearing up the grass, but they were so clean you could hardly tell they did any work at all. He checked the entire system and made minor adjustments to ensure the sprinklers were hitting every spot of our yard, including repacking one sprinkler head that was a little off. "I had a company come out on Saturday and the technician Cassid he couldn t find the main water valve to activate the irrigation system and would need to have a team come out and poke around in my lawn to find it. Needless to say that nothing was accomplished on Saturday. Brothers Irrigation came out this evening and had everything up and flowing in less than an hour for a 16 zone system. Awesome customer service. I ll be having them come back out to winterize and do anything else lawn and garden related."
