He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. "Years ago, we had two leaks in our new home's basement, which our builder fixed with epoxy in the cracks. 12 years later, and no longer under a home warranty, one leak was back. John came out and explained that these kind of leaks need to be fixed from the outside, not the inside. His crew didn't mess up our yard with a backhoe, but dug down to the bottom of the foundation by hand (!!!)
