"I had multiple quotes for a nearly dead tree to be removed. Ricky came out to give a last minute quote and best the best quote of the bunch. There were a couple delays due to vehicle troubles and other jobs taking more time; HOWEVER, it was not a problem whatsoever because Ricky was prompt and considerate with his communication with me. Normally, delays would bother me but Ricky's customer service and friendliness put me at ease. Ricky and his team took care of the tree, which wasn't the easiest job considering how dead the tree was. They cut and organized the leftover wood in an organized fashion at my request. The remaining wood was removed and the yeard was cleared well. I am typically a tough customer to deal with but Ricky was great. I rarely leave reviews for anything either but it felt like the right thing to do considering his professionalism, performance, and customer service. Zero complaints from me.
