"Our experience with Holy Land Landscaping was utterly incredible! I contacted them regarding a huge leaf removal from our entire lot (we had a ton of leaves with wooded space behind us, trees on our property, and trees along our property line and we have had some medical issues so have not been able to clear them in several weeks). Mr. Ramos made time to come provide us an estimate same-day since he was working the area. He walked around with me for a quick estimate provision, offered a more-than-fair cost, and was even able to make time for us that same day! Holy Land Landscaping cleared our lot of the leaves (and it was more than expected, but they still accepted the initial estimate, though we did add in some extra due to the higher-than-expected volume of leaves). "Awesome end-to-end experience! After two other tree service arborists inspected trees with me but then failed to actually send estimates, I searched Angie's List and read many of Gordon's reviews. I left him a voicemail on a Friday. He called me Saturday and was willing to visit that weekend. Since I was busy over the weekend, he agreed to call Monday or Tuesday. He called Tuesday at approx. 11am, indicating he was in the area working a job and could be by in 30 minutes. I agreed to meet him. We inspected my four large shade trees (2 sycamore and 2 maples) and I explained we needed better visibility from front porch, unblock view of a corner stop sign, and ensure no growth into siding. He explained his additional recommendation for overall thinning and shaping. He provided an on the spot verbal estimate of $800 and when I asked if he accepted a credit card, he indicated yes, but would charge only $750 if I wrote a check. I had researched average job costs and Gordon's quote was very reasonable. I then asked what his lead time was and he indicated his crew was finishing a job nearby and they could be by in an hour after they ate lunch. He and his crew arrived promptly an hour later, a crew of six total, including Gordon. Gordon rang the doorbell and asked me to review first tree trimming with him before he moved on to remaining three to ensure it met my expectations per our earlier discussion. After finishing, Gordon asked me to walk our property and review pruning for all four trees. His crew was well organized, worked together like clockwork, and Gordon was right there with them working and directing to ensure all trees were pruned to expectations and clean-up was thorough. Our yard looks "larger" now and is very open with the thinning Gordon recommended, as they removed overlapping and dead branches to include providing more ground clearance. They look great and Gordon indicated they shouldn't require pruning again for at least five years. I'll now hire Gordon for annual tree / shrub maintenance (fertilize, insects, disease prevention) and fire the other provider that had provided that service but failed to provide a pruning estimate. I strongly recommend Gordon and his team for any tree related care! Well done!"

"Horizon Landscaping Designs did a superb job of refurbishing the retaining wall on our property. It required a significant effort as it was over 20 years old and beginning to collapse. The work was completed in only two days and the crew worked nonstop to get it done. The work was flawless and the wall is in top condition now. The cost was reasonable and well worth the quality of the work. We highly recommend Horizon!"

"Needed many large broken branches cut from trees, branches on the ground to be removed, 2 dead trees along with some debris removed and some stumps to be ground. Looking for a 5 star company and got a 7 star! The estimator was attentive to my requests and extremely professional. The price was very reasonable. They were in and out in one day and cleaned up the grounds beautifully. I couldn't have asked for better service!"
