The deck portion of the project was complex and required the demolition of part of the existing concrete pad as well as en expansion of the previous footprint. The stairs required similar attention to detail to match the existing second story deck while preserving landscaping and mature azaleas that could not be replaced. Phoenix handled this task flawlessly while going above and beyond the original scope to make modifications that fit our needs and bring our vision to life. Never heard back even after following up two times. Because of this I will not recommend. If you have a huge job, go risk working with the company. If you have a branch or small tree like mine, good luck getting even an estimate from this company. Totally unprofessional. Look at website, it should have been a sign. Verbose, mind 90s feel."
