The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each.
