Emergency services offered

"This is the best house cleaning service we've ever used (probably about the 4th or 5th we've tried). They are the most thorough and our house is super clean afterward - noticeably cleaner than other good cleaners have left it (like things sparkle). The price is similar to that of other services but the service is so much better that this is who we will be using from now on."

Small jobs welcome

"Victor called right away. He came the next day after our dryer died for the second time in a year. We had the vents cleaned less than a year ago and apparently they did a very superficial job on our dryer vent. Victor did an outstanding job. We will have hime clean all of of our household vents cleaned by him next year."

If you're already planning to hire an electrician and you know that you'll get billed the minimum call-out charge, you might as well make the most of it by having the contractor do another small job like replacing a light switch or electrical outlet. Even if you're paying for a new coaxial outlet, which costs several hours in labor, you may be able to save a little or maximize value by getting them to do other related jobs. For example, if you're having a coaxial cable moved, it's worth checking if you also need another electrical outlet in the new location or considering where else you would benefit from a new outlet . The cost to install an electrical outlet is around $200.

It's not a great idea to clean gas stove grates in the dishwasher. Most iron grates, even with a protective coating, can corrode when exposed to the heavy washing process. Instead, soak your stove grates in gentle soapy water for up to 30 minutes, and remove any grease and grime by hand to be safe.

Without regular proactive maintenance, your home and the things in it will wear out, break, or otherwise deteriorate much faster than they would with routine maintenance. Regular home maintenance also helps to prevent major problems down the road. For example, regular gutter cleaning will help avoid roof and foundation problems caused by pooling water and improper drainage.

Yes. Every toaster is bound to accumulate a build-up of crumbs and food particles. If left unattended, these can turn into a fire hazard.

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.
