"The service was excellent.  The company owner called and scheduled an estimate.  He arrived on time, listened, answered questions, and gave useful professional advice from the perspective of an experienced arborist.  He gave me a written estimate and scheduling was easy.  On the day of the service, he and his crew arrived promptly on time.  The crew worked extremely hard, nonstop, on a subfreezing winter day.  All the crew members were professional and polite.  I am very satisfied with the work that was performed.

"We have used JL Tree Service twice to help us remove two large Bradford pears, one dying oak tree and do health pruning on our other trees that we want to keep in the yard and make sure they stay healthy. We requested a certified arborist and had a great experience with William. We left oak tree snug as a wildlife habitat and now we can watch all the woodpeckers going up and down the snug. They were very professional and efficient (we had 2 different teams) and our trees look so much better as a result and we are not worried during every storm anymore. We did all our work in February.
