"I've been using JL for 15 years and have had them do multiple tree removals, prunings of the trees overhanging the house and a couple of stump grindings. Steven (the arborist that covers my area) always does a walk through the property and I'm usually the one who wants more work done than he thinks is required so they definitely don't try to get you to do unnecessary work. Their foreman arrived on the same day (on a weekend) and gave me a quote to remove the dead tree as well as some brush in the general area.
