"Kap called me within a minute after I submitted a request for a quote. After providing details of the services, what they offered, and the estimated cost, I decided to go with Kap and Joseph Plumbing. Kap and Zuala were courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They installed my new water heater, fixed a couple of other plumbing issues that they saw during the installation process, and were excellent overall with their service.
