I must say I am VERY impressed!  I was in a hurry because I was on a time crunch with my move.  I had just recently closed on my first home and had a limited time to move my possessions before traveling to California the next day for the holidays.  I had called them up early in December, and they were prompt at contacting me and being very clear cut with what they had to offer and the approximate cost.

They came promptly at 8 and then proceeded to quickly and efficiently help me with my move, asking me which items i'd like to have more protection in terms of packaging and which were fine with the basic wrap.   They were absolutely great!  Coming from a housewife who's husband is overseas and had to do this move alone, I must say this gave me the best peace of mind ever!

"They were okay but I would not use them again.  They just seem to be unprepared.  They came, they did a good job on what they did but they didn't seem to have any spare parts because they did a little electrical work for me in replacing an existing ceiling fan in the bathroom.  They just didn't seem to be completely together as a company.  The guy did good work but it actually took two visits because he actually had to go get parts which seemed awfully normal kinds of things to me.  It seems like that would be the concepts you have in your truck.  It was literally just additional wiring and some other things but he had to actually go to get those things.  He didn't charge me any extra which was nice but they were a little --- there was a scent that they were not there professionally yet; they just didn't have their act together.  The work they did was good but not great.  I had them come out very quickly because I needed the vent done; it was a vent that went with my shower so my bathroom would steam badly, it just won't dissipate.  They came out pretty well and they were accommodating but they didn't seem very well prepared."
