The back wall was used for the “double-hung” installation which freed up space to allow us to easily walk in to the closet. A custom closet is a luxury and can be an expensive proposition. The Closets by Design staff and installer were very punctual (very important to me) and professional throughout the process. The final product was worth the expense."

"They were okay but I would not use them again.  They just seem to be unprepared.  They came, they did a good job on what they did but they didn't seem to have any spare parts because they did a little electrical work for me in replacing an existing ceiling fan in the bathroom.  They just didn't seem to be completely together as a company.  The guy did good work but it actually took two visits because he actually had to go get parts which seemed awfully normal kinds of things to me.  It seems like that would be the concepts you have in your truck.  It was literally just additional wiring and some other things but he had to actually go to get those things.  He didn't charge me any extra which was nice but they were a little --- there was a scent that they were not there professionally yet; they just didn't have their act together.  The work they did was good but not great.  I had them come out very quickly because I needed the vent done; it was a vent that went with my shower so my bathroom would steam badly, it just won't dissipate.  They came out pretty well and they were accommodating but they didn't seem very well prepared."
