"From the minute Elijah arrived to give the estimate to the minute it was done to satisfaction (rain foiled the perfect patio the night it was completed so Elijah's team came back out to re-lay setting sand) the service and professionalism of Cassella Landscaping was a breath of fresh air. Not only did Elijah come to an appointment straight from a funeral - because he did not want to cancel the appointment after it was booked - but he was aware of the environment and called to see if I wanted him to don a mask before coming onto the property. Given this was in the early stages of the pandemic this was a gesture that told me from the beginning he was going to be a solid person to work with. Not only was his estimate the lowest of those obtained he was able to do so on the spot and offer multiple variants of options in the same price quote. When the work began, the crew cleaned up after themselves and were completely professional. Each night when I would get home from work, the job foreman would review the work that they had done and answer any questions I might have had.
