"The service was fine. The best part of my experience with them was they showed up when they said they would show up and they cleaned the vents like they said they would. The worst part was that they broke a couple of the flops on my outside dryer vents. They did not even mention it. It was just cheap plastic and I had someone come out and replace it."

"They have been cleaning for us for several months now, and their work is consistently excellent. Lily the supervisor is available by text and phone to go over what's needed, and she sometimes stops by to check on how the work is going and to discuss long-term cleaning plans. I am very happy with their work! The cost quoted below is the price per person/per hour."

"The did a basic cleaning. Same as you would get from say cleaning authority or merry maids. Nothing special, but they did a good job.

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Your schedule for deep cleaning will depend on how often you clean regularly and how dirty your home gets. If you clean weekly and keep things tidy, you may only need to deep clean once a year. But if you don’t keep up with regular cleaning or have pets that drag in mud and shed all over the house, you might need deep cleaning two or three times a year.

It’s easy to clean door hinges without removing them, and if you do this regularly, the gunk won’t get a chance to build up and become a bigger issue. We recommend mixing some warm water with detergent and wiping the hinges with a clean towel or rag. You can make a paste from baking soda and water to scrub the hinges if there are more stubborn spots.

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Yes, many services include cleanup and sanitization to remove droppings and odors. Confirm with your provider.

After clearing away crumbs and other debris, using a store-bought cleaner that is safe for use inside of your refrigerator is the best way to clean your fridge. If you’d rather opt for a DIY solution, we share a great one above using baking soda and vinegar.
