Home Depot NEVER answered my phone calls. There was some damage to the shelving and there was no interest in following up.

Very good installer. consciousness and knows his construction stuff!!

They removed the closet door but did not put it back on until I called to complained and then they fixed it. I am using them for another project, overall good and reliable service.

Home Depot interior designs were awesome. The only knock would be to verify the measurement by the measuring tech that comes out. He chose smaller closet insert than we anticipated. Install tech got it fixed and reordered.

Home depot is amazing

Amy Weaver is exceptional at her ability to take a client’s needs, ideas and design dreams and turn them into something better than I could ever have imagined. She is extremely patient and professional. Home Depot is lucky to have her on their team. She even sold us on another flooring project Home Depot quoted, that we weren’t entirely sold on, by explaining their proposal more thoroughly and suggesting solutions to our objections. Amy earned our respect and inspired several future projects with Home Depot. I only hope she will be recognized for going so far above and beyond. Thank you Amy!!

The owner is excellent at putting together the presentation BUT her workers could not finish the job and she terminated each one! It is hard to find good help! She is trying to find better workers.

Got the job done

I was contacted by an Angie rep (Antonio) who scheduled this appointment. I was informed by the representative that Elise was going to come out and go over what could be done to clean and organize my garage. Once Elise and I came to an agreement on what would be done, the next step was to pay them, and then a team would come out and install whatever units or storage we agreed upon. They would then clean and organize the garage. Well, on the day this was to take place. I received a call from Mike, saying that he was the rep that was supposed to come to my home for my scheduled 2:30 appointment. However, he was not going to be coming because he had made plans to be an hour and a half away from me for 2 PM. So there was no way he was going to make it to me and that I needed to reschedule. Keep in mind this appointment was scheduled four days prior (not to mention I specifically asked that my representative not be male considering I had problems with them before trying to over talk and be the "man" and tell me what I need versus what I want. "Mike said" It is a good thing things worked out this way, because he did not waste his or mine. Not to mention the services I needed that they do not provide anyway. Was this whole experience a waste of time and money. So no! The way things were handled, I would not! I recommend their services. Oh, Mike also asked if it was OK for him to give my name and number to the Home Depot store closest to me because he thought they did offer the services I needed. I said, "Yes, sure." I never heard back from him or anyone else about it. I was able to get the job done by going through the thumbtacks. Thanks anyway, Home Depot? for nothing!!!

With the young men shado who came out did a fabulous job coming up with ideas, then Michael who remeasure came up with another great idea. So far, the drawings look great, now just waiting for the supplies to come to be installed .

The installer refused to wear a mask remarked that he did not believe in the vaccine He left a mess and holes and cracks Home Depot sent a second installer to correct everything that was wrong and again he did not want mask up The issues were never corrected and the closet is a mess
