"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"I got multiple quotes and they were by far the most reasonable price. They did a great job and were very fast at getting the job done. We had hardwood floors redone, tile and new carpet. All looks great. We are so happy with the results and they took care of us and gave us a deal! Alex was there to check on all the workers and took care of things when problems arose (an addition didn't have hardwood and they did a great job installing it to match the rest of the house).  Alex was very responsive and helpful through it all.

"An initial call was not returned and I had requested the measuring kit which really wasn't needed. Both the table and buffet are rectangular and not in need of a detailed measurement. I happened to get a follow up call and arranged an order. I wouldn't be too concerned about the prices shown online, they are willing to work on the price. Actually it was adding the second item that helped for me. I did pay an extra $30 for expideted handling as I had a party coming up. The pads were received in a few days. I also bought the storage bags and they are OK. Rather flimsy. The pads themselves are of very high quality. Sturdy and for the dining table have magnets to hold them together. The tops have a nice look and I don't mind leaving them on."
