"I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. "Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects.
