"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Majestic did a fine job.  The crew was professional and efficient, working over two days to pack-out the old house and do the move the following day.  Packing was well done, nothing was broken, and boxes all made it to the proper rooms in the new home.  One minor issue concerning wardrobe boxes: we were informed that a separate charge ($10 per box) would be assessed if they were not unpacked by the time the move was completed.  This was difficult to accomplish since the closets were used by the crew to place boxes designated for each of the bedrooms.  However, the charge could be credited once we emptied the boxes and called Majestic to come back and retrieve them, which we did following after a couple of days of unpacking.  Majestic came by the next day after I called, and picked up the wardrobe boxes, as well as a large number of additional boxes and packing paper.  Again, not a big deal...just something to be aware of on move day."

"Experience was excellent from the very beginning. We visited the showroom and explained what we wanted. Nafi was very attentive, listened to our concerns, and made some recommendations. We scheduled him to visit us to make an estimate. He arrived on-time and once we received the estimate and decided to go forwards, we scheduled the work. Any time I called the store with a question I got an answer within 24 hours. The carpet work was actually done earlier than originally planned but this worked perfectly for us. The installers were very professional. They were careful in moving the furniture and replacing it back afterwards -- and the carpeting is beautifully installed. When the job was finished everything was cleared and cleaned. The hardwood installers arrived as scheduled -- this job took about three days, and it was messy (sanding) but because the installers took such care with the plastic tarping, there was very little dust to clean. Again, a very professional job, from the beginning -- moving the furniture -- to the very end -- cleanup, and replacing the furniture. This company is very responsive. It is difficult to match redwood stain, and when the stain appeared to be too light, Nafi came with a different stain and the issue was quickly resolved. We chose to use this company because the price was competitive and the customer attention was great. We always felt like we were dealing with a family and people who cared. We will use this company again in the future."

"The bathrooms look terrific. His people started when promised and worked on a Saturday to finish up the job. We were having a hard time picking a color to match an accent tile with a speckled pattern. The automatic color match device at the paint store wasn't coming up with the right color. One of the people working the job helped pick out the perfect color.

"Great.  Mr. Hall gave me an estimate range based on a picture I sent him.  The actual cost came in slightly lower than the low estimate.

They were able to come out by the end of the week and start work.  My tenant was extremely impressed with the person performing the work (sorry -- can't remember his name).   He said there was no damage to the sheetrock and he could probably just repaint it.  I asked for him to actually take out the drywall because I wanted to inspect for any more leaks (there weren't any).

Total work took about 13 man-hours plus $120 in materials.  Rick Hall gave a special hourly rate for Angies List members.

"It went really well.  I contacted them through their number on Angie's list and got a messaging service, which was a little strange at first.  However, I got a call back that day so it was totally fine.
Harold came by to give an estimate one evening and drew up the contract in real time.  We had received other bids from other top Angie's list companies of about $8-9.5K.  Harold said he had a crew ready to go for two days from then and he said it would be $6400 including installation of gym flooring.  He said we did not need a permit to do the work, which I did give me some concerns but I also trusted Angie's list reviews that these guys were really professional.  I signed the bid and paid half up front.
The only negative experience I had was that I ended up reaching out to Mike about whether we needed permits/being concerned about closeting the furnace without someone inspecting the airflow, etc.  He said they would send over a gas expert journeyman to check it out and that I would hear about scheduling soon.  I never heard anything after that and the project was done so fast that I never really followed up before it was done (which is a good thing that it was done so fast).  
During construction: The two gentleman that executed our project were both very nice.  I am bad with names, but they were great.  It was an out of the way basement room but they still cleaned up every day and put their tools away really neatly.  I was super impressed and so was my wife who was worried about dust/dirt with our baby.  A couple of issues came out of our quick turnaround on the project (meaning I hadn't drawn out what I wanted or written out specs) but they were always fixed VERY quickly.  They framed the door about 2 feet from where I wanted it and they moved it for just $75 in labor with no material cost - which i think is very fair since I didn't specify in writing where I wanted it.  I also gave them HDMI outlets so that I could hang a TV and they installed those at no additional costs, which was a great help to me.  The WHOLE project was done in 7-8 work days, which was fantastic.
Overall: We left the project thinking that these guys were great.  We recently had a less-than-grand experience with a large addition ($150K+) to our house using a Angie's List Service Award winner and these guys were much better.  I'm OCD so I tend to point out things not done very well (which irritated the other builder to death), but these guys did everything right the first time despite not having a lot of direction.  They just finished a couple days ago and I have already recommended them to two good friends, so I really do have a positive opinion of them."
