In addition to the weed control, Jason and his father performed high quality deep spike aeration and seed INJECTION last fall and the results have been spectacular, especially in the areas of the yard that the other companies have been completely unsuccessful in getting any grass established. You will get what you pay for... disappointment with the local commercial companies, or great happiness with J and K. If you believe that you have exhausted all of the lawn services in the area and there is no one of them smart enough to actually turn your problem lawn around, then you have not contacted J and K Ground Maintenance. "Mr. Escobar and his team were very professional and did an excellent job! They completed a significant amount of yard work (i.e., removing yard debris, weeding flower beds, pruning bushes/trees, mulching, planting new plants/tree, laying sod, and fertilizing the grounds/flower beds, large tree removal, and regrading the gravel driveway), in a timely manner. This was not an easy job by any means after several years of no work being done to maintain the yard and driveway. The yard and driveway have never looked better! We appreciate all the hard work and effort put into this as well as their guidance and knowledge. We look forward to working with them regarding the maintenance of the yard."

Calixto Landscaping did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and also cleared off driveway. Tree Removal (cutting down of trees and hauling away) was a bit more expensive then others but I am very pleased with their work. I had some trees close to power lines and my house and they took care to do the job safely and without any damage to property.
