Vic did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgable. Superb customer service. He had to move the location of the existing wiring a little further back due to the water sprinkler system in my home. He performed the job in no time and with no issues. Fan looks great!! I will definitely call this company in the future and highly recommend them.

/john did a great job. In addition to the word described above he also set a screw out of the disposal and he helped fix something in my room so the TV works. The closet light had not been wired properly before and the dining room lights were not wired at all before John.

The FANMAN is GREAT! The first thing he told me was that my 20-year old Casablanca fans were still likely better than a new fan I'd buy today, so the last thing he'd recommend is replacing the fans. Next, while Casablanca had stopped making my old model of remote several years ago, he had some but wasn't completely certain he could make it work. His approach was going to be to start with the least expensive repair strategy possible and go from there. In the end, he had to install new transmitters in each fan, and both fans could now work off one NEW remote switch. He worked tirelessly for a couple of hours and his final invoice was just $310. He was very careful about where he was working and keeping things in order and clean. My bottom line...this is the guy to call if you have any kind of a fan issue; I certainly will.

His last name is Hackley. He was on time. He diagnosed the problem and brought the proper parts. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything and protected my property so nothing got dirty or damaged. He was very cordial. He specializes in Casablanca ceiling fans. I have him lined up to do another job in a couple of weeks.
