"This is the third repair project that I have used Right Now Plumbing for. John-O did my first project, Jim-Bo did my second, and Andy performed my third repair earlier today. I consider all three of these plumbing technicians to be of the highest quality repair people. They are extremely well-trained and competent. They are very professional in every way. They impress me as being very honest and hard-working. They are on-time and don't waste time in performing the requested service/repair. I have dealt with numerous repair people over the years (my house is now 39-1/2 years old), and now consider Right Now my "go-to" plumber when needing additional repairs. Their pricing is comparable to other plumbers in the area. Their response time is faster than most other plumbers. "The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."
