"We had some flooding in our basement this summer/fall due to problems with inadequate drainage in our backyard, including under our deck. Troy gave us an excellent analysis of how to address the problem in the most efficient way. They dug a French Drain system to capture the water from the hill in the backyard that slopes towards the house as well as tying in 2 house downspouts. All of the water is now channeled underground away from the house foundation, which exits from a pop-up drain into a swale. The excavated soil was installed and compacted under the deck and around the house foundation and sloped to prevent water from reaching the house. He also connected us with his deck sub-contractor to remove the deck boards (necessary for the work) and then replace them afterwards. All the work was scheduled and completed in timely and excellent fashion and Troy was great to work with. I would strongly recommend them for any type of landscaping work to address drainage issues."

"The problems were strange and required some investigation. The team first focused on the washer drainage. Eventually they used a camera inserted into the clearance pipe to check the drainage pipe from the house to the septic tank. They discovered a "dip" in the pipe, possibly resulting in an obstruction that might have caused the water to back up, kind of like a rock in a stream. (Admittedly, I may not describe this as clearly as I should...not a plumber!). Using shovels and an excavator, they dug about 5 feet into the ground between the house and the septic tank, ultimately discovering both the dip/weakening in the pipe and a 3" crack (almost half of the pipe) closer to the house. I feel like their work saved us much more money down the road, because without investigating/fixing the "dip" in the pipe, we would never have know about that crack. Without repair, it could would likely have begun leaking back into the foundation. The team was able to replace a 10' section of pipe, connect it to the septic, and confirm a steady drain of water. We have not had the backup or any drainage issues since. However, the smell didn't completely leave the laundry room. They came out again and, after a couple of smoke tests and cuts into the drywall, discovered a vent pipe that had in years past (we've owned the house for 5 years) simply been cut to move the washing machine hookups to the side wall (rather than the back). Although the smoke largely discharged through the roof vents as designed, this uncapped vent allowed septic odors to creep back into the washing room, particularly in the morning when the air outside was heavier. They were able to cap the pipe, and that removed the odor. We have not had any issues since they completed their work. The team was very responsive, and worked with me to reschedule the washing room work after a death in one of the worker's family...only slipped a single day. They also reduced the cost for disconnecting/moving the washer and dryer, since they didn't reconnect them (We were of course going to have to do get drywall repair/paint work after they finished). Although I am hoping to avoid any plumber issues for a while, I know who I will call if something comes up. Absolutely recommend this team."

We had several contractors give estimates all for similar scopes of work. Picture Perfect had a better price than two of the contractors and the other guy who was lower didn't seem to understand our needs. From selecting paint to tile, fixtures and new carpet, Adam and mike made the process easy and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We waited about two weeks before the project started, I felt like we were given a very realistic timeframe for how long the project would take. The crews showed up on time and were polite and worked fast and efficient. As a whole the project was amazing. The crews work was very clean and neat. We were impressed mostly with the painters and tile installers. The quality of the craftsmanship was impressive. The last day we had carpet installed in the smaller bedroom, they had a great selection of products in stock ranging in quality and color. The carpet crew was in and out in a few hours and cleaned up nicely."

"I enjoyed working with this company. The helped with some many projects. I had some small leaking into my basement that got a small corner section of carpet wet. John suggested to install a french drain system to the outside which seems to be working really well. They did a spray out in the basement (loved the smell) cleaned my vents and carpet.
